Indy 10 TIdTCPClient导致内存泄漏
在Form上放一个TIdTCPClient控件，在IDE环境中运行程序，然后退出程序，提示28字节的内存没有释放，消息如下

如果拿掉 TIdTCPClient控件，则没有问题

断开前释放InputBuffer

if (IdTCPClient1->IOHandler->InputBuffer->Size)
IdTCPClient1->IOHandler->InputBuffer->Clear(); 
IdTCPClient1->IOHandler->CloseGracefully(); 
IdTCPClient1->Disconnect();
