无法check out的有关问题

无法check out的问题
新装的系统，新安好了TortoiseSVN。
在TortoiseSvn--->>settings--->>Network--->>SSH--->>SSH client
在里面写了
"C:\Program Files\TortoiseSVN\bin\TortoisePlink.exe" ‐l <ur_name> ‐pw <ur_password>

然后试图在一个空文件夹里下载code，出现报错：

[tunnels] section of your Subversion configuration file.
Network connection closed unexpectedly

请问应该如何解决，谢谢。
