Mendeley 一款不错的收拾论文的软件

在做学术研究的时候，想发表论文的时候，大多数的引用文章，整理起来很麻烦，有时候自己看过的文章也会忘记，如果只按照论文的名字排列，很难整理好，尤其是在看过成百上千篇paper以后，会经常弄乱文档，找不到那些是那些，那些看过，那些没看过，尤其是是按照名字存储的文档。

在boss的见一下，再比对了 各种列列举的类似的文档整理软件的，要么收费，要么界面不友好。

General

In the "notes" section, there is a difference between:

• web-based, referring to applications that may be installed on a web server (usually requiring MySQL or another database and PHP, Perl, Python, or some other language for web applications)

In the case of web applications, this describes the server OS. For centrally-hosted websites that are proprietary, this is not applicable. Any client OS can connect to a web service unless stated otherwise in a footnote.

Most reference management software supports copy/paste or drag-and-drop of references into any editor. Some reference management software includes further support for automatic embedding and (re)formatting of references in some programs. This table lists support for the latter forMicrosoft Word and OpenOffice.org Writer and the LaTeX editors Kile and LyX. Other programs are able to scan RTF or other textual formats to insert references.

This table lists the academic databases and search engines which reference managers can import from. In some cases, a search and retrieval can be conducted directly in the reference manager. In others, a bookmarklet or Firefox extension will allow a site to be scraped.

免费，可以支持云存储，可以组建group，可以方便的网络自动按照论文的名字搜索相应的信息。

不过有一些缺点；

1.不能跟dropbox很好的结合

2.文件夹不能自动同步

3.不能按照以有的文件夹的目录生成相应的目录

现在的办法是用dropbox 存储文档，然后用mendeley来管理文档连接，这样就可以方便的维护。

在写论文的时候，可以直接下word里面插入mendeley的插件，可以直接插入引用，尤其好用。ps 不过windows 64bit的 word支持不好，现在还不能直接插入引用。

不过可以拷贝过来，也还可以。
