weblogic不能启动解决思路

weblogic不能启动
今天同事重启服务应用，结果一直重启不起。从控制台的信息看没有报错，只是启动信息打印到下面时，就停止了

服务应用重启不能，多半是数据库连接有问题.......

是用的jsdn么？要是的话在控制台测试下是否与数据库连接成功！
