weblogic进不了控制台，为什么？该如何解决

weblogic进不了控制台，为什么？
安装完bea weblogic10.0后，运行服务器正常，但是就是用http://localhost:7001/console进不了控制台，这是为什么？ 
可能由于哪些原因照成的？？?

就停在这一步了，ie中输入http://localhost:7001/console访问不了控制台，请问是什么原因呀？
